A mandatory virtual meeting will be held February 24th 2025 - 6:00 PM - it is mandatory that a representative of your agency / school be in attendance*
Accepted Agencies or Organizations will receive an email with further details closer to the meeting date.
Dreams Take Flight Edmonton operates entirely with the help of volunteers. It requires a significant investment of volunteer time and fundraising efforts each year to make this trip possible for your children. I acknowledge that I will be approached and included in communications seeking assistance to make this event a reality, and I will do my best to participate whenever and wherever I can.*
Without successful fundraising there will be no flight in 2025.
To participate, your agency/school must agree to the following: Sell a minimum of two raffle ticket books to support the fundraising efforts of Dreams Take Flight Edmonton.*
Agency accepts total ownership of the two books and will either fully sell or purchase all unsold tickets in the two raffle books.
If your agency is selected, please provide a realistic estimate of the number of children you could submit.*
**Please note, this number is for our planning purposes only. Do not assume this is the number of seats your agency will receive. After the agency meeting in February, you will be given your total seat count of children on the plane and alternates.
