Seats for Flights

In-town agencies will receive 4-6 seats on the flight. At the average cost of $1700 a seat.

Out of Town will receive between 2-4 seats on each flight. At the average cost of $2400 a seat, with additional flights and hotels (if applicable)

The VIP Treatment

Disneyland VIP tickets, meals, snacks & treats. VIP transportation from the LAX to Disney – coaches pick up the kids right off the tarmac.

Clothing Packages

Complete clothing package for each child: shirt, shorts, pants, jacket or hoodie, cap!

Lifelong Memories

Personal backpack for each child, new pair of name brand shoes, souvenirs – Dreams blankets, travel pillow, hard cover group photobook for each child, and so much more!

Required Payment

$2,050

With this application, a payment of $2,050 is required. Remember you are getting 4-6 seats, with a value itself between $6800 - $10,200 depending on the seats allotted. This payment also includes:
- Gala Event March 28
  
  One (1) agency table for 8 guests (Value: $1,000)
- Dreams Golf Tournament June 12
  
  One (1) agency team entry for four (4) players (Value: $550)
- Raffle Participation
  
  Two (2) raffle books provided to the agency for sale (Value: $500)

Important Notes
- Most agencies are already supporting Dreams in this way, including selling gala tables and golf teams. We are not seeking to change that, only to ensure that everyone who contributes to fundraising efforts is treated fairly and consistently.
- How an Agency May Recover Fees: If an agency does not plan to use its gala table or golf team entry, it may sell the table and/or team to its own supporters, donors, or board members, allowing the agency to recover costs while continuing to support the children it serves.
- The requirement to sell two raffle books has always been in place. Prepayment is now required to ensure all raffle books are sold as agreed. Again, sell out your books and your Agency will recover those fees. AND if you want to sell more books, Dreams will very much appreciate the help - we know in the past many groups sold 5 or more books themself.
- The agency accepts full ownership of the raffle books and is responsible for selling all tickets.
- The actual cost per child to participate in the program is $1,700 for local kids and $2,400 for out of town children.

With this application, a payment of $2,500 is required. Remember you are getting 2-4 seats, with a value itself between $4800 - $9600 depending on the seats allotted. This payment also includes:
- Flight Seats
  
  2–4 seats on the flight to Disney
- Regional Flights to Edmonton
  
  For YQU, YMM, YZF – flights into YEG, including flight for the accompanying chaperone. Other regions must provide their own transportation into YEG.
- Hotel Accommodations
  
  Hotel rooms for the chaperone and children
- Raffle Participation
  
  Two (2) raffle books provided to the agency for sale (Value: $500)

Important Notes
- For out-of-town agencies, the upfront fee can be recouped through local fundraising activities. Example: Grande Prairie has historically run chuck-a-puck and silent auctions to raise funds for children attending from their city.
- The requirement to sell two raffle books has always been in place. Prepayment is now required to ensure all raffle books are sold as agreed.
- The agency accepts full ownership of the raffle books and is responsible for selling all tickets if they wish to recoup those fees.
- The actual cost per child to participate in the program is $1,700 for local children and $2,400 for out-of-town children.
